Valley of the Kings Stage--Cairo Caravan '09

We are very excited to be providing video services for MECDA's Cairo Caravan 2009.  All dancers and troupes performing on the Valley of the Kings Stage may pre-register their video order using the contact page.  Please include the following information:

• Performer or troupe's name
• Day and time of performance
• Whether you prefer NOT TO BE RECORDED
• If you would like free transcoding for web (vimeo, youtube, etc)--all we ask is your permission to embed your video on our portfolio page!
• Number of DVD's (First copy $25, each additional $15)
• Contact information including email, daytime phone, and shipping address

Orders will be processed in the order they are received.  There will be no additional charge for orders placed while the show is in progress.  Download and print an order form and visit the video crew during the event, or mail us your completed form and payment before August 31, 2009.  Orders placed after 8/31 will be subject to an additional $15 charge.
